The Beginning

A House Built to Bring People Together

The Sunhouse was born from a simple belief: that the best vacations are shared. Opened in 2024 at The Strand in Morong, Bataan, this private beach house was designed to give Filipino families a world-class home-away-from-home — without having to travel far from Manila.

The founders wanted a space where groups could cook together, swim together, laugh together, and rest together — a place that felt like your own home but with none of the upkeep. Every design decision, from the marble kitchen countertop to the private pool with jacuzzi, was made with families in mind.

Located just 19 minutes from Anvaya Cove and steps away from The Strand beach, The Sunhouse sits in one of Bataan's most beautiful coastal settings. Late 2024 — Grand Opening

The Sunhouse Opens Its Doors

The Sunhouse at The Strand, Morong, Bataan officially welcomed its first guests. The property opened with its signature private pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, and alfresco pavilion living areas — an immediate hit with families looking for an exclusive beach escape near Manila.

2024 — Beach Access Added

Electric Cart Service Launched

Responding to guest feedback and a desire to make beach days truly effortless, The Sunhouse introduced its complimentary electric cart exclusively for guests. The cart ferries guests to The Strand beach — making the property feel even more like a true beach resort despite being a short drive from the shoreline.

2024–2025 — Growing Community

2,000 Instagram Followers Milestone

Word spread organically through guest posts and family shares. The Sunhouse reached over 2,000 Instagram followers, with guests regularly tagging the property in their vacation posts — a testament to the genuine experience the property delivers for every group that stays.

2025 — Summer Season

Most-Booked Season at The Sunhouse
